We can point out shopping, houses of worship, neighborhoods, it can include driving through school campuses, town parks, accompanied tour of local YMCA. We want to give you a feel for life in the Saratoga Springs - Capital District area! Home Finding Assistance - We have a team of trained agents who specialize in working with transferees, making sure all concerns (i.e. schools, closing coordination, and community information) are addressed. Home Purchase Assistance - We'll work for you and with you! Our relocation team will be your advocate through the entire process - offer and negotiation, inspections and approvals, closing and settlement. Mortgage Services - Pre-approval is so important in the current market.
