6. Cost of service agreement based on actual cost to Saratoga Builders of services selected by the home owners plus a small management fee

7. Saratoga Builders will negotiate services from all vendors, pass along savings to residents from builders pricing and grop buying, manage each vendor, pay each vendor.

8. Services available:
• open and close sprinkler system
• spring and fall lawn clean up
• spring and fall clean up and mulching of planting beds
• lawn fertilization and weed control
• cut and trim lawn and remove clippings
• remove snow from sidewalk and driveway
• semi-annual HVAC check up
• free first year pool maintenance if pool is purchased from Concord Pools
